Kelly Pavlik faces Jermain Taylor in a Non-Title Bout in Las Vegas Saturday February 16th on Pay Per View in a rematch of their 2007 fight in which Pavlik won Taylor's Middleweight Title. The two fighters weighed in Friday at 164, 4 pounds over the Middleweight limit, a stipulation the two fighters agreed upon. This fight should be as exciting as their previous bout and could be a classic. It's unfortunate that Pavlik's belt won't be on the line. Just as these 2 fighters are getting ready to square off, their is already talk of a Pavlik vs. Felix Trinidad fight on June 7th in New York City at Madison Square Garden. This date is significant because it comes the day before the Puerto Rican Day Parade in NYC on June 8th. That could be the fight of the year if Promoters Don King and Bob Arum can pull it off.
