The Patriots Escape Baltimore With a Win!

The Patriots moved to 12-0 with a 27-24 win and early lost on a last second hail mary pass caught at the 2 yard line. Baltimore played the Patriots tough and had many chances in the fourth quarter to both stop the Patriots and to try to score more against them. In the last scoring drive for the Patriots, the Ravens had them stopped on fourth down, but a called timeout from the sideline nullified the play. The next snap, the Ravens stopped Tom Brady again, but the play was blown dead on a false start. The Patriots scored with 44 seconds left and the Ravens started their drive at their own 20 after back to back unsportsmanlike penalties on the touchdown and an offside on the PAT saw the Patriots kick off from the Ravens 35 yard line! Kyle Boller completed 2 passes and then threw an incompletion. The final play was reminiscient of the Titans and Rams Superbowl game that ended just short of going the other way. The Patriots face the Pittsburgh Steelers at home on Sunday in their quest to stay unbeaten.
