Injured TE Kevin Everett of the Buffalo Bills is expected to speak to his teammates and walk onto the field Sunday at Ralph Wilson Stadium in Orchard Park, NY. Everett was injured in the first game of the season against the Denver Broncos on a kickoff when he lowered his head and hurt his spine. The trainers gave Everett an ice-water treatment on the field that they had practiced in the weeks leading up to the season. That treatment is credited with allowing Everett to make a quick recovery and possibly saving his life. Though the Bills are out of the playoff chase, look for them to hang strong with the Giants and look for the appearance of Kevin Everett to infuse the crowd with even more passion and encourage the Bills' players even more. What a great story this is and we can only hope that Everett will even play football again soon.
