Syracuse Beats Lemoyne, Preseason Hoops

While Kentucky was losing to Gardner-Webb, Syracuse was cruising to a Exhibition win against cross-town neighbor LeMoyne at the Carrier Dome, 109-59. Kentucky's loss was to Div. II Gardner-Webb, not the way head Coach Billy Gillespie wanted his second game to go for the Wildcats, losing in the 2K Sports College Hoops Classic. "I thought we moved the ball, looked for each other," SU coach Jim Boeheim said. "Eric (Devendorf) did a nice job looking for people. I thought we did a good job passing the ball as the game wore on." This was also a good show for underclassmen who I believe will lead the nation in photo-ops by the time the season is done. Look for 'Cuse to run the ball a lot more than we have seen in the past and make sure you watch them Monday November 12th on ESPNU take on Siena College in the NIT Tipoff.
