KANSAS SMACKS NEBRASKA IN THE FACE 76-39!

The #8 Kansas Jayhawks took the Nebraska Cornhuskers behind the Cornfield and beat the Hell out of them 76-39. The Jayhawks scored on ten straight possessions and put a whooping on Nebraska like never before in 117 years. This is a much different Jayhawk team from years past. Between 1998-2003 the Cornhuskers outscored the Jayhawks 40-8. This Kansas team was able to put up 572 yards of offense and embarrassed the Cornhuskers. This could be Nebraska Head Coach Bill Callahan's last day on the job with Interim Athletic Director and former head coach legend Tom Osborne looking over his shoulder. With only two games left and a 4-6 record, the Nebraska faithful could be waiting for him when he gets back to Lincoln. Meanwhile, Jayhawk Coach Mark Mangino is the best...gotta love an overweight brotha' leading the troops...he looks more like the guy in charge of grilling at pre-game events not the head coach of one of the top teams in the country.
