Red Sox One Game From World Champs!

In an offensive battle in Denver on Saturday Night, the Boston Red Sox beat the Colorado Rockies to take a 3-0 lead in the World Series. They can close it out tonight in Denver and help solve a logistical nightmare of the World Series and Monday Night Football happening at the same time in the same city. The Red Sox jumped out to a 6-0 lead in the 3rd Inning and then held off a late rally by the Rockies, before adding 4 more runs. The hero's of the night were Jacoby Ellsbury and Daisuke Matsuzaka. Ellsbury became only the third rookie in World Series history to have 4 hits in a game. Matsuzaka pitched a shutout into the 6th inning, but helped his own cause in the third when he hit a 2 run single to left. Jon Lester takes on Aaron Cook tonight for Boston's chance to take home their second World Series in 4 years.
